An individualized approach is the only way to heal the mind and body. Communication while on the table and in depth consultations before and after appointments are used to makes sure the client is getting exactly what is needed for proper healing.
I am fully dedicated to the physcial, mental, and emotional health of my clients. It is my goal to pinpoint the problem areas in the body to release stagnant energy and create open space for healing in the body. I am focused on long term health benefits and healing for the mind and body.
Continual education is necessary when keeping up with the new discoveries and benefits of therapeutic massage and energy healing. I am constantly searching for new modalities and techniques to better serve my clients and their health.

The initial new client appointment is 2 hours long. A 30 minute consultation is necessary for me to get to know the client and properly asses the needs and health concerns to put together a treatment plan. The consultation is followed by a 90 minute individualized session.
This appointment typically consists of a 60 minute full body flow of therapeutic massage with focus on areas of concern, followed by 30 minutes of Reiki Energy Healing to clear away stagnant energy blockages, which is necessary in order for the physical body to heal.
A therapeutic massage appointment consists of any modalities that the client‘s physical body needs, including; deep tissue, hot stones, heat therapy, cupping, and stretching techniques.
A client who is new to MLD should come in for 3-5 consecutive appointments of 45 minutes each in order to clean out the lymphatic system and remove existing toxins that have built up over time. To reduce edema for pre and post-op clients, 5 consecutive sessions should be done before and after the operation to reap all of the MLD benefits.
After the initial consecutive appointments a client is recommended to come in for MLD 4x per year for regular maintenance.
Facial cupping increases blood flow and stimulates the lymphatic system to promote healing and new collagen production. Over time this can reduce puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles and create a more sculpted jawline.
This is a service that can be added to any therapeutic massage session. Castor Oil is applied to the back then covered with a heating pad for 20-30 minutes. The essential fatty acids that castor oil contains, encourages the movement of chemical energy within the body, resulting in a detoxifying effect. Castor oil aids in detoxing the live, relieving inflammation, and relieving mild constipation. *Cannot be used during pregnancy*
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light touch, gentle massage, designed to speed up the natural flow of the lymph in order to remove blockages and quickly carry waste products out of the tissue. MLD removes old and dead cells making room for new ones to be produced. This technique is well known for relieving all forms of edema, especially after surgical operations and other medical procedures that disturb the natural flow of lymph.

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki is Japanese for ”life energy”. A Universal energy is transferred from myself to the client in order to encourage emotional and physical healing, while balancing and opening blocked chakras. It is a combination of energetic balancing and therapeutic touch to promote healing and deep meditative relaxation. Reiki stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system placing clients in a state of rest and relaxation.
